Executive Board Meeting - 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
The membership is welcome to observe the meeting
Please arrive early so that we can start promptly.
Coffee, donuts and cold drinks will be provided prior to the meeting
We would like to finish up the schedule for the coming year. If you are going to host a ride please bring at least 2 dates if possible that your ride can be held. Still needed are volunteers for the Auction/BBQ ,Camp Breakfasts and Potlucks as well as Ride hosts from camp. If you would like to volunteer for one of these and are unable to attend contact President Debbie Sommers.
(You are either a current officer, Past President, or have offered to host a ride and have therefore been appointed as an Area Vice President or been appointed to hold duties for the club that has made you eligible to attend the Executive Board Meeting . Please attend.)
